Today after our 5 day weekend due to snow, we started our new unit which is Communication and Employability in the IT industry. We were in pairs to do a little task at the beginning, we had to list as many attributes as we can and then discuss them as a class afterwards.
We then got a card each with an attribute on and had to write a short definition in our own words.
After break we started on Assignment 1 task 1, I completed P1 and started to do P2 but don't understand P2 much, a bit like Lewis, Dan and Matt.
In Assignment one task one we had to list the personal Attributes and attitudes that employees look for the list that I can up with is;

·        Works well in a team/good team work skills

·         Problem solving

·         Good communication skills

·         Self-motivated

·         Organisation

·         Uses own initiative

·         Knowledge in this aspect of work

·         Experience and qualifications at College graduate  level

·         Flexible

·         Enthusiastic about their job

·         Wiliness to carry out personal training and development-desire to keep up to date with new technologies

·         Professional 

      once I had completed my list I wrote about them all.
