Thursday 7th March

Today we did not have a small basic challenge as it was the level 3's day and to do the small basic test the level two's need to be here so they don't miss anything. Instead John gave us a challenge to do with four Lego blocks. what we had to do was get into groups of two and three. Then one person from that group had the bricks, they then had to mix the brick up in a random colour combination. once the first person thought of a combination, they had to pass it on two the other person/people in the group, they then had to try and figure out what the combination is in the shortest changing of blocks as possible. It may sound easy but it wasn't as you were not allowed to communicate with each other, we then all found out that way to do it was to put it in a random colour combination and then write it down on paper and pass it on so you can easily get the combination right. only one group managed to get this write but unfortunately it wasn't my group.

once all that was done, John gave us a talk on a task which will be the hardest for us to do on this course. as John talked about it and talked us through it I took a few notes.
after all of that I cracked on with creating a survey to send out to all the level threes so I could get feedback on my website. once I had come up with all the questions (there were 9 or 10 questions altogether) and created my survey I sent it off to everyone who needed a copy of it.

I received most of my surveys back from the people who I sent it to. I was then able to start making all the changes to my website so it was up to scratch and made everyone happy by correcting all of the mistakes that was present on my website. this was a long process as I had to go through all the replies I got back.
I received some really good feedback from fellow class mates and staff so I was able to update my website rather well and I knew what I had to change.

Today I enjoyed the whole day as I was able to get on with my work because I knew what I wanted to do. I also strangely enjoyed the first exercises that John gave us all to do as I learnt about different protocols.
John also allowed us to finish early so we were able to got down to the jobs fair at Carrow Road. When we all got down there it turned out to be something totally different to what we all thought it was going to be including John and Catherine. but it was nice to see what was on offer in case any of us take a change in career such as if someone wanted to go in the RAF or TA.
